Electric power is key to the socio-economic sustainability and development of every aspect of the society, making it a key critical infrastructure to any nation. The reliable functionali-ty of the source of generation is vital to the overall production. The goal of the study is to look at the risk, vulnerabilities and threats associated with Electric power as a critical in-frastructure. The Diploma thesis presents risks associated with Hydropower generating plants with emphasis on personnel risks and recommendations on mitigating these risks for continuous and efficient electric power generation.

Záznam průběhu obhajoby
The presentation of the master's thesis did not include a practical demonstration.
Doc. RNDr. Karla Barčová, Ph.D. read the supervisor's review and opponent's evaluation.
Neither the supervisor nor the opponent had any questions.
The commission asked the following questions:
1. Could you describe the physical principle of deepwater controlled alarm sensor? (doc. Mgr. Milan Adámek, Ph.D.)
2. Who is the owner of the dam? (doc. Ing. Luděk Lukáš, CSc.)
The student answered all questions with some minor errors.
