Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zavádějící reklamou a jejím vlivem na spotřebitele. První část práce objasňuje základní teoretické principy. Definuje důležité pojmy z oblasti marketingu spolu s jinými užitečnými termíny a analyzuje zavádějící praktiky používané v oblasti reklamy. Tyto teoretické principy jsou následně využité v praktické části. Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je definovat problematiku zavádějící reklamy a poté analyzovat, zda zavádějící techniky použité ve vybraných reklamách ovlivňují univerzitní studenty.
Anotace v angličtině
This bachelor thesis deals with the misleading advertising and its impact on consumers. The first part of the thesis clarifies the basic theoretical principles. It defines necessary marketing terms along with the useful definitions concerning this topic and analyzes the misleading practices in advertising. The theoretical principles are then used in the practical part. The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to determine the issue of misleading advertising and later to analyze whether the specific misleading practices used in the selected advertisements have a certain impact on the university students who participated in the qualitative research.

Q, Nemčoková: Who judged the misleading features of the ads used in your analysis? A: My boss helped me, I am creating ads for a radio. Students of FMK working in the field and the supervisor also helped. Q, Nemčoková: Do you know about any limitations on ads targeting children in the world? Why are such limits being imposed? A: (answered well) Q, Čechová: What happened with the research material? A: Not including it was my mistake, I did not consult the issue with my supervisor but I consulted it with Jason Bell. Q, Trušník: Where is your boss acknowledged in the thesis? A: He is not. Q, Drábková: Did you analyze Czech or Slovak students? Or was it a mix? A: It was a mix but there are less Slovak students. They however reacted similarly.
