For this Master's Thesis, the primary goal is the establishment of new model of café in Zlín city. This project will enable our customers to try different features at the same time, which is not possible in other cafes in Zlín City. Due to the fact that this business is com-pletely new in Zlín city, one of the most important goals is to develop a heavy promo-tional strategy, using different marketing levers.
