Studentka představila svou práci. Po přečtení posudků komise položila následující otázky:
Could one also consider Possession as a novel of letters? In which way?
Do you know an example of letters in the 18th century?
If you were to apply the label post-postmodern to the novel, what would you like to mention?
What about Byatt's novels?
What about the situation of the female poet?
What is happening in the novel?
What are your basic ideas of post-modernism?
Why would Byatt be critical of this mentality?
What about reality in post-modern writing? What about reality?
Do you remember Robert Coover's The Magic Poker?
Can you define genre? (You may want to offer several definitions and compare them.)
What are some of the features of campus novels?
Why do authors choose this genre?
Who is the most famous campus novelist in Britain?
